Hotel Albergo Dolcedo - Caramagna Ligure, Imperia

To far (1,5 miles) from the sea makes it impossible to stay without a car. You can`t get anything to eat just breakfast.

The only negative comment I would make is that the address is a bit misleading. The hotel is about 7.5 Km from Imperia, not quite what we expected.

Some confusion on arrival in Imperia: I had been led to believe that the albergo was near Diano Castello and Diano Marina. It was ten or twelve k. distant and on the southern side of the city, where the two Dianos are on the north. If the mistake was yours, I suggest you alter your publicity. Also, the albergo is two k. from Dolcedo village and several more from Caramagnato, and unless guests have a car, or are very young and very fit, it would not be a convenient booking. There is a bus service to the city but it terminates very early in the evening. That said, I was entirely delighted with the place, its service and situation and, in particular, the charming young couple who run it. Your photgraphs do not do it credit. I am very willing to recommend the albergo to any of my friends who may seek a quiet and inexpensive break in very beautiful surroundings.
