Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case of cancellation less than five days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost
of your stay will be charged as cancellation fees and in case of cancellation
less than two days prior to arrival, non-show or departure prior to the
scheduled one 100% of your stay will be charged."
