This hotel is for Families. The service was poor, many people complaining at the front desk. Room was very noisy, water for the showers were salt water, drains were clogged. Some staff were very friendly but the management was horrible. This is a 2.5 star hotel. Will be visiting Ibiza again, but will not be staying at this hotel again.

It is an hotel for familys with children. Not for adults. They have us pay before see the room. The room was well, good view, clean, quiet, big enough. We don't like all the animation for children and familys because we were 6 women.

room cleaning quite poor. often the room keeper around up to 5:00 pm. often room not cleaned before 2:00/3:00 pm. dinner time too early, 09:00 pm was the time limit;at 09:10 pm they start to remove the food from the desks. I would suggest to avoid this hotel for singles.

Hotel was the last most northern location on playa de'n bossa, a little far but with in means. The room had ample space however was very loud due to the fact that you could hear furniture being moved in other rooms both above and to the sides. It seems that the walls, cealing didn't have insulation theirfore noise transfer was easy. The buffet for both Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner was a nice surprise. The food was great they provided Steaks, Fish, Chicken etc. all included in the price of the room. Very family type place lots of kids, also lots of kid activities during the day & night.

We were a group of 5 ladies wanting a relaxing long weekend away from the families, the hotel gave us this and more - food excellent, rooms large and clean, staff very helpful. Large pool area really catering for families but plenty of sunbeds and as `ìt said on the tin´ the hotel is right on the beach which was lovely. The only small let down was the distance from the Centre to the beach. Overall very good we had a great time.
