The hotel lies close to the airport so you don't have to drive hours to reach your hotel after you arrived.the beach which is close to the hotel is nice and calm.If you want to have more action you can go to bora-bora which is also not so far away (you can reach it quickly by foot). The food is o.k., you have lots of choice.You can reach ibiza city very well by bus(a bus stop is next to the hotel).if you want to go on a party near the hotel you can go to space (sunday morning!).nice hotel (for the price),good location. If you are looking for a good party,the space is next to the hotel.you can also reach ibiza city by bus very quickly and cheap if you are on low budget. I have never tried the hotel swimmingpool but there were always lots of people having fun and enjoying themselves,listening to the music.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Infants aged 0-1 years stay free of charge in a room with two paying adults (crib provided at no extra charge).
Use of the sporting facilities is included in the price.
Use of the ADSL Internet Point is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per hour.
Breakfast and dinner is included in the price; lunch is also included in All Inclusive rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation is guaranteed by credit card at the time of the booking. If reservation cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival,it will be penalised by the amount of the first night.Payment on arrival at the Hotel.In case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
