CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available after 3 p.m. Reception staff operate until 6.30 p.m. Guests arriving after this time can use the phone located at the front desk to receive instructions on how to obtain room keys.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card.
