From Honolulu International Airport (HNL):
From the airport arrival terminal exit towards Waikiki/Honolulu. Go up the ramp and stay to the right going east towards Waikiki/Honolulu for 1 mile/1.6 km to H1 Freeway. Merge onto H1 east. Get into the left lane and continue on H1 east for 0.8 miles/1.3 km going towards Honolulu. The freeway will begin to veer to the left. Take Exit 23 to Punahou Street and get into the right lane, turning right onto Punahou Street. Go south on Punahou Street for one block. Turn right onto South Beratania Street and travel for one block. Get into the left lane and turn left at the first traffic signal onto Kalakaua Avenue. Continue on Kalakaua Avenue in the left lane and veer left onto Kuhio Avenue. Turn left onto Namahana Street. The Castle Maile Sky Court parking entrance is on the right.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
