How to reach Hotel Renew

By car
From Honolulu International Airport: from the airport terminal take the H-1 Freeway eastbound for Honolulu and exit at 25A - King St. (King St. will turn into Harding Ave). Turn right at Kapahulu Ave and then turn right onto Ala Wai Blvd. Turn left at Ohua Ave, then left again at Kalakaua Ave. Turn finally left at Paoakalani Ave. The Hotel Renew will be located on the right hand side at 129 Paoakalani Ave.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A 5.12% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax are not included in the price.
Valet parking is not included in the price and costs $20.00 per day.
Breakfast is not included in the price; charges vary depending on menu items.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The first night (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 1 day prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card. Our local tax increases by 1% on July 1st of this year. The total tax will be 12.96%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
