How to reach Coconut Waikiki Hotel

By car
From Honolulu International Airport (HNL):
Exit the airport terminal and access the H-1 Freeway East. Exit the freeway via the Nimitz Highway and follow signs to Waikiki. Nimitz Highway merges onto Ala Moana Boulevard as you pass the port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left. Follow along Ala Moana Boulevard until it merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Proceed onto Kalakaua Avenue and turn left on Lewers Street. Continue on Lewers until you cross Kuhio Avenue. The Coconut Waikiki Hotel is on your left, at the intersection of Lewers Street and Ala Wai Boulevard.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local taxes are not included in the room rates: 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax plus 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will be added to total charges at check-out.
Honolulu County Surcharge tax of 0.546% will be added to all rates/charges at time of stay.
Valet parking is not included and costs $22.00 per day.
Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
