Very courteous and friendly staff, gave us a room hours before official check in time. Informations about subway and bus connections to several poi's very accurate.

Travelled with my husband - location of hotel was good - staff were a mixed bag - some very friendly and helpful and others a bit so so . . . breakfast was great . . renovations being carried out in vicinity so a bit rough and ready at times . .
