We arrive at 1pm+ and we are given a free upgrade! That's really sweet! Thanks COSMO!The free shuttle bus to Causeway is very convenient while i suggest the hotel should arrange a bigger bus for the last round.

• On our Honeymoon it was assumed we would want two separate beds so we spent the week with them pushed together. We did get a free breakfast as an apology which was nice. • We had some kind of water storage unit in our bathroom, so when next door ran a tap or flushed the toilet it made a lot of noise in our room. • The mattress on the bed was concrete - the pillows too soft - didn't sleep well for a week. • The security guard followed us up to our room one night, whilst trying not to make it look so. Didn't work, icing the cake for what was a pretty poor 5 nights.

This would have to be the smallest hotel room in which I have stayed. You had to go outside to change your mind. A real dog box. The service was lousy as well. I have stayed at other hotels in Hong Kong which offer much better facilities at better rates The location leaves alot to be desired as well

When I first arrived I wasn't even welcomed to the Cosmo Hotel! When I went to check-in at the front desk the agent named ICARUS GO was very rude and didn't make me feel welcomed at all! He told me that I made the reservation incorrectly and only had a room with one bed. When I repetitively told him that it was for two people he keep fighting me saying it was made for only one. It got to the point where I almost had to get my laptop out to prove it to him. From that point since it was 12pm I understood that check-in wasn't till 2pm but he saw that we had a lot of luggage and didn't even ask us if we wanted to store it till 2pm. Just kept telling me I can't check-in and too come back later. Worst service and welcoming I have had at any hotel. Just because I was young and didn't dress up to par i was treated like shit. I work at a upscale hotel as a FOM and understand the hospitality industry very well and would never let one of my employees treat any guest like he did. On the up-side the bartender named Conrad was very understanding and made the rest of my stay comfortable. He provided exceptional service where the rest of the departments could not. Anyway the room was very small, and took 45 minutes to get a single extra pillow. Not a pleasant stay at all.

The rooms were tiny, but well laid out - everything you needed was available and at hand. An excellent hotel for easy access to the sights of Hong Kong.
