Giudizio positivo. La stanza era spartana ma funzionale e tutto sommato pulita. Aveva anche un balconcino con vista sul mare. Accoglienza molto positiva: la responsabile dell'albergo è stata molto ospitale e disponibile. Due grosse pecche: la colazione, davvero molto scadente; il contesto "geografico" (Hersonissos è veramente brutta, un parco giochi "plasticoso" per turisti nord-europei, soprattutto inglesi, rumorosi e alcolizzati).

The hotel is placed in a good position considering the strand, but it does not have a parking place if you have a car, (the street round the hotel are very little!). From the point of view of the noise, the room was not very quiet, but this considering that up on the strand street there are a lot of pubs and discos. We had a good room inside, bathroom was not so good but clean, we met kind competent people who were also available at our inquiries, the breackfast was good.

Everything was good, exactly as write in the web pages, and the hotel staff was very kind and available; the beach is very very close (as in the picture) and the water was very clean also if in the centre of the town. The only blackhead? The guy at the reception was sure that Italy team did not arrive at the final match ;-)…For us, absolutely recommended!
How to reach Flisvos Beach Hotel
By airplane
The Heraklion N. Kazantzakis international airport hosts daily flights serving various locations. Bus and taxi services connect the airport to Hersonissos town centre.
The airport lies about 25 km away from the property. On leaving the airport, take the first exit on the right towards Irakli city. Follow this direction for approximately 2 km and then take the motorway 90 Irakli-Sitia, following the indications to Hersonissos. After about 20 km you will find the exit sign to Hersonissos town. Exit the motorway and proceed on the main road, following the directions that lead to the town centre and to the harbour. The hotel is located near the Police Station, in front of the beach.
By boat
There are daily ferry and high-speed ferry services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to the harbour of Heraklion. A frequent bus service connects the harbour to Hersonissos town centre, and taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. For cancellations 19 or less days before the arrival, 50% of the amount
will be refunded
2. Non Show: In cases of a non-show, the amount is not refundable.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
