Classic Inn - Heidelberg

Clean, good location, too expensive, very small bathroom, breakfast staff not very friendly, desk staff very nice

Overall, not bad. The room service may want to clean a little more carefully in the corners. All personell seemed competent and friendly. Considering that this place constitutes a simple place to have a bed in Heidelberg for a few nights without special amenities, the price still strikes me as exaggerated. For €45 per night I wouldn't complain, but for €84 I don't think I got my money's worth.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but still pricey. 110 euros with taxes/night with incompetent service and really sketchy rooms. I woke up at 6 am to the smell of smoke because somebody was smoking in the hall right outside of our door. The hotel is a long walk from the center of town, located right next to the autobon and the neighborhood is not nice to walk in after dark.

Classic Inn's location is good for a backpacker. Although its room is a little bit small, it is secure and clean. Breakfast is great!!

Small but very comfortable and clean hotel. There is a big supermarket nearby and there is a good access to other areas via public transport. 15 minutes walk from the most touristic sites of Heidelberg. The only pecularity is the lift does open between the floors!? and you should go a few steps up or down to reach your level. Very Nice city and very good people. I will certainly return.

The Classic is about 5 minutes walk from the Railway Station. There is no bar, though there's a supermarket just round the corner (closes at 8.00pm) Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was okay. The Old Town is a good 20 minute walk away, so I suggest a tram from the Train Station! Overall, I would recommend this hotel
