Needed an overnight stay very close to the train station, and it was less than two blocks away. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is expensive for what you get.

The welcome was very negative The receptionist was immediately very arrogant. She refused to admit that the rate we booked was breakfast included. She refused to accept my Frequest Fliyer card until the intervention of a colleague. The Hotel Rules require the prepayment of the full amount at the beginning of staying unlike differently described in the booking terms and despite we guarantee payment with Credit Card. The rooms are spacious and clean but the overall atmosphere is very cold and impersonal. The breakfast and common space are ridicolous.
