The hotel is in a good location. The building looks rather unimpressive but I was quite pleased with the room. It was spacious and old fashioned in a nice way. The lobby gave the impression of faded luxury. There is nothing grand about the hotel (unless you count the worn red carpet that leads to the entrance) but it is perfectly all right and good value. I've been to Hannover many times but never stayed at a hotel before.

Good location: walking distance to the Old Town and to the AWD Arena (we were there for a concert). Room decor outdated but clean. Not really 4 star quality, I'd say more like 3 stars.

The badest and oldest Hotel of the Maritim Group I have ever been! Only the ground floor and the 9th floor is refurbished. The rest is in very bad condition. Bad choice, never again!
