The location is just perfect - within the old quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and decent, the breakfast is great. The room very nice view of City. The staff is extremely friendly and also organizes tours to other attractions close to Hanoi. Internet is free of charge. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location is the only good thing I have to say regarding this place. Condition is poor and it's not as shown as in photo's. Cooking is done right behind lobby (No proper kitchen). We ended up staying there for one night only instead of 3 nights.

The staff were friendly. However, the location and the rooms were very bad. Rooms were narrow and small. The toilet was dirty and smelt very badly,water was running across the bathroom floor. Breakfast was free of charge but very poor and not varied. NO recommend this hotel at any price. We highly recommend the Jasmine Hotel Hanoi, number 57 Losu Street- Brand new hotel and very good services.

This is a great place to meet other and organize and arrange tours. It is lively and sometimes loud. But, overall a great atmosphere.I would like to recommend the 3 day Halong Bay and Cat Ba Island Tour with them. which was very good and enjoyable, the boat really fun, and the food plenty, varied and delicious for all the meals.

Great location 2 minute walk to the Lake. I booked only one night but I stayed an extra nights at this hotel, which was just as nice. Room was really big, clean & tidy. Breakfast was great. Very helpful staff. Highly recomended for the budget tourists.
