Restaurant:Luxury restaurant is located on the first floor and top floor. It offers a wide choice of contemporary dishes and a selection of traditional Vietnamese specialties. Everyday, an expert chef elaborates Western and Asian delicacies that can also be prepared for special occasions such as weddings and functions. Only the finest ingredients are selected to create those succulent dishes. The restaurant can be used for reception with over 100 people.

As the hotel is right at the end of an alley way, I was a little uneasy (arriving alone at midnight) when I first arrived and couldn't see the hotel until I was almost outside. However, as soon as I was inside there was a warm, friendly welcome from reception. Throughout the 4 nights that I stayed here the staff were more than helpful. Although not at all pressured to do so, I booked 2 tours through the hotel both of which were excellent.

During my stay in the hotel the staff was always very nice and helpful. They did everything they could to provide me with anything I needed, I sincerely couldn't expect more. A driver was waiting for me at the airport. The hotel was clean, as well as the room. Due to its location in a small alley, it was very quiet. It's located in the old part of the city, 10-15 minutes walk from Ho Hoan Kiem lake. Breskfast was good. When I'll go back to Hanoi, I'll surely try to get back to the same hotel.

This hotel was just fantastic--the people who worked there treated us like we were guests in their home. Every time we arrived back the hotel they came up to our rooms with delicious fruit shakes. The only minor downside to this place was that the towels were a bit old and frayed. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers--you can't beat this service

The staff were very accommodating and polite. The hotel is tucked in a private and quite corner. The room is spacious and clean. One thing that needs to be improved though would be the breakfast. It is good to have a variation of what you serve and one that is a bit tastier. All in all, I was satisfied and happy with Luxury Hotel.

This was a great stay - actually we went BACK again on two separate occasions. The staff were super. Couldn't do enough for us. They seemed to be genuinely happy for us to be there, made us very welcome with beaming smiles and real warmth. Also for the Old City very quiet, and handy for points of interest. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home like atmosphere in Hanoi. Very minor drawback was the road being that where the motorbike mechanics work. But not a problem.

Hotel, even if central, is very silent. staff is very friendly and professional: if any problem just ask, and they would be happy to help you! rooms (just a few) are confortable and clean, and internet really works. you must try! recommended for all!
