reception Hotel Luxury Hotel reception The Hanoi Luxury Hotel has just opened on May 9th 2008. It is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. It is just a minutes walk to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake (Returned Sword Lake) and offers a modern and diverse range of facilities and services.

The Hanoi Luxury Hotel is close to the central business district, major non-governmental offices and the famous Water Puppet Theater, a must-see places for all visitors. This hotel was just fantastic--the people who worked there treated us like we were guests in their home. Every time we arrived back the hotel they came up to our rooms with delicious fruit shakes. The only minor downside to this place was that the towels were a bit old and frayed. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers--you can't beat this service

The staff were very accommodating and polite. The hotel is tucked in a private and quite corner. The room is spacious and clean. One thing that needs to be improved though would be the breakfast. It is good to have a variation of what you serve and one that is a bit tastier. All in all, I was satisfied and happy with Luxury Hotel.

This was a great stay - actually we went BACK again on two separate occasions. The staff were super. Couldn't do enough for us. They seemed to be genuinely happy for us to be there, made us very welcome with beaming smiles and real warmth. Also for the Old City very quiet, and handy for points of interest. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home like atmosphere in Hanoi. Very minor drawback was the road being that where the motorbike mechanics work. But not a problem.
