Staff were super friendly and very efficient. Hotel is close to all tourist amenities. The room exceeded our expectations in size and services. We highly recommend the Indochina legend hotel and would go back any time.

Before arriving hotel, we have contacted with sales dept for pick up service. The driver pick us up on time at the airport with lovely greeting board. Get to hotel, mr Tim - hotel manager welcome us with hot tea and coffee. He show us where we are on the map, where should go in Hanoi and in all Vietnam. He is very friendly and helpful. Because having short time in Hanoi so after 2 nights staying, we tryed their tour to Halong bay with Golden Lotus cruise and Sapa tour with paradise attraction. Both of tour were great, nice guide, nice food, good accomodation, and really value for money. We enjoy our stay at Indochina hotel and enjoy their services. It help us travel easier, and can save time, save money. High recommend.

The service was amazing - the staff were friendly and professional without being intrusive. Their restaurant recommendations were good. The hotel really is a haven from the buzz of the Old Quarter. Our room was spacious and elegant. We also really appreciated the PC and internet in the room since we weren't traveling wit a laptop.

The 58-rooms with elevator, Indochina II features, among many other first-class facilities, double-glazed windows, luxuriously fitted bathrooms with separate shower units, international channels television, mini-bar, high-speed Internet access and direct-dial phones in every room. All the rooms have a nice view, free WIFI Internet and there is also a public computers with free Internet in the lobby.All rooms have private bath room with bath tub; air conditioning; color TV set; IDD Telephone, cable or Wifi Internet and other amenities which stands for a good 3 star hotel.
