Breakfast simple - bread and fruit but OK for us. Used hotel to book halong bay trip - went well although two nights on the water meant a few changes of boat (most do one night water one night land). Airport transfer successful. Rooms clean and huge. Overall happy.

Nothing to say because everything terrible. If you want to know, come here, after that you can see what's the happen? We booked the single Superior through www.venere.com hotel refused to recognize this even when reservation stating superior singlw exhibited to them and gave standard room. Reception area very poor & did not give a welcoming feel. The bathroom was disappointing- old poorly working taps and only one larger towel between two adults. Keep away from this hotel. Staff were not friendly and pushed us to book their tours at sky price. Dont be stupid to stay here.

We booked Superior (RESERVATION NUMBER: IHR6763740) but the hotel refused to recognize this even when reservation stating superior exhibited to them and gave standard room, very small and dirty. Reception area very poor & did not give a welcoming feel. The bathroom was disappointing- old poorly working taps and only one larger towel between two adults. The staff did not respect the guest and always said " i'm sorry" when being asked. Keep away from this hotel.

Ngoc Minh was a brilliant hotel for the price. Location is perfect, few minutes from the lake and surrounded by cafes/bars. Breakfast included with a fairly wide choice. The best feature is without doubt the friendly staff though. They can't do enough for you, taking a genuine interest in your plans while in the area without any kind of hard sell on tours they promote. That said the Halong Bay tour arranged here was brilliant.

Really great hotel right in the heart of the Old Quater. Good clean room combines with friendly and helpful staff make it a perfect choice. Good value overall

I would really like to complement the service and kindness to Ngoc Minh personel. You made our stay worth all noice. ;-) Better breakfast information and a low-cost alternative room is requried though.

There are a lot of touts and bogus cabbies as well as indecent tour information counters at Noi Bai airport, who try to cheat you to another hotel for commission such as, they secretly contact their hotel-partners and then impersonate our hotel staff to speak to you on the phone that, the hotel you booked that is full already and offer you another hotel or some scames like that

In order to avoid cheated by them please email me and let me know your flight number as well as its arrival time to Noi Bai airport and then our hotel driver, who holds your name card at the arrival gate of terminal airport and rides you to Ngoc Minh Hotel.
