Asia Paradise Hotel - Hanoi

Very bad hotel, the worst i've ever been to, it ruined our stay in Hanoi. we came to Hanoi to stay for 3 nights, and wanted to leave 20 mins later, if it wasnt late. The rooms are small, fine, but the bathroom smell was terrible. it was dirty had cockroaches, mosquitos and other insects. we couldnt sleep at night due to the smell and early morning it was very noisy we had to wake up. we asked to change the room, they moved one of us to a better room, the rest had to stay where they are. Still the room bathroom sucked. The staff tho smiley but are liars and almost harrass you to take a tour with them. Once we accepted to take a tour, and after we paid they asked for extra 10% taxes and said that we will have to pay for our entrances and we only had the tour for 4 hrs instead of 6. It was a terrible tour with a guide who didnt speak english. The following day when we refused to take another tour with them and wanted to check out they told us that we will have to pay for our nights anyway unless we take a tour with them to Halong Bay. we had to stay. the location was close to the center however in a small dark street and it was scary to walk after 11. the only good thing is that I forgot something in the hotel and was able to come back and get it back.

Very beautiful hotel in good location. Staff at Asia Paradise Hotel was great and we love the staff and nice and clean room.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's very centrally located close to all of the main areas of Hanoi. We were using Vega Travel as our travel agency and it was only a 5 minute walk away. We paid 34USD for a room that slept 3 people. They have wireless in the rooms but it was a bit weak on the 5th floor. They do have 2 computers in the lobby for which you can also use. For 15USD you can have them arrange a private car to take you back to the airport. Very convenient and was always on time. Staff spoke good english and were courteous. Breakfast was decent. A mix of vietnamese and western cuisine. Overall I'm happy we stayed there and the price was right :)

We can not give this hotel less than 10 points as it is the best 3 star hotel in Hanoi now. We agree with all reviews on this website. Yes, Blue Paradise Hote will be on top for this site. Before booking this hotel i have searched several others hotels in top rank but non of them were really good. For my experiences guests should choose the hotel with both positive and negative reviews ( that is true reviews). After staying here for 3 nights we can make sure Blue Paradise Hotel is the top hotel in Hanoi. Staff was excellent. Our room was nice and spacuios. Breakfast now is really better with fried rice with beef; fried noodle, hamberger, fresh fruit juices... a lot of food for Asian and European as well.The location was very good.

Staff were very helpful but I wouldn't recommend this hotel, because for the above budget price I would have expected a cleaner room and functional shower. Also, not all rooms have windows. The breakfast is ok but the space quite small and in hotel lobby. Location is pretty decent even though on busy street.

We are happy to put all 10 points for this hotel because of their great service and great staff. Our room was very big ( 50 sq) with private bath- room, balcony and city view. Breakfast was excellent with buffet and freely. Internet was for free and the location was also very good.

What a great hotel! Excellent staff - friendly yet professional. Very comfortable room. We loved the amenities - breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance of many of the things we wanted to see. Highly recommended!

All the great reviews about this hotel are right! This hotel is modern and in a great location. It was very close to everything we wanted to do ( easily able to walk to shopping, to Hoan Kiem Lake, Night market, restaurants, pubs. The room was very nicely furnished and extremely clean. The hotel has a nice restaurant downstairs with great breakfast, specially noodle soup, i love it very much.

Great hotel, clean, well appointed, nice furnishings, great bed and excellent services! The staffs here knows how to make his guests feel welcome. They organized for us the great trip to Halong Bay, it is really one of the Wonders of the World. Then the Sapa, nice place of the ethnic group. Sure we will come back to Blue Paradise hotel next time! Thank you very much for every thing you made for us!

Great location,not far from the lake.Staff were friendly and very helpful.They organised a value for money tour to Halong Bay for us.No buffet breakfast here but sufficient for us.Overall we enjoyed our stay, would recommend if you're on a budget.

Stayed at the Blue Paradise Hotel during early Jan 2010. The family trip to Hanoi was made 'worry free' by the staff at The Blue Paradise Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as people and not room numbers. Every member of staff wanted us to have an enjoyable stay at their hotel and worked together to make it so. The Blue Paradise did not disappoint and maintained the high standards of this hotel group. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, the quality of food and service was superb. The hotel is also in an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Our rooms were quaint and warm.It is a charming and truly exceptional hotel. We will be going back to The BLUE in the summer and I am recommending this friendly hotel to all my friends. Thank you BLUE PARDISE staff and see you soon.

Great brand- new hotel with beautiful room and great for breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the location very much. It was so convenient for visiting all Hanoi. Highly recommend for Blue Paradise Hotel.

A superb nice hotel, which we would highly recommended. The best thing about this hotel is the staff especially the restaurant staff, they are so friendly and seem to be hand picked as i would personally employ them myself. The food is superb, plenty of choice and good quality food, the drinks are priced fairly i think. The rooms are superb too, we stayed in a room which are more spacious. The rooms are spotless and maids are great. But do not let this stop you from coming here, there are a few bars nearby which are relaxing to spend your evenings the best are dickens, restaurants and the clubs, all very friendly. The location of the hotel is very near the Hoan Kiem Lake a little 2 minute walking by the main road, I would visit this hotel again and would recommend it to any couples looking for a relaxing time.

Came back here after one year and we found the Blue Paradise Hotel was much much more better. The newly renovated rooms are very pleasant and functional, and with high standard, as well as good central location. Staff were exellent, helpful and so friendly. They arranged a good trip for us to Halong Bay and the other for Sapa Trekking. Really good hotel for your choice.

Excellent hotel! The hotel has just been upgraded to be 3 star +++ hotel. Rooms are very spacious with nice decoration and extremely clean. Staff were much greater, so friendly and so helpful. We loved being there and sure to turn back next time.

We have good time at Blue Paradise. The staff were super, very friendly and helpful. The location was good, safe and close to the shopping and restaurants. Room was also very nice, large and clean. We suggest you to stay at Blue Paradisse Hotel.

The Blue Paradise Hotel was a good hotel to stay. We and my wife were treated so well and very happy. We booked to stay in standard room but the Boss was so kind to upgraded to be Superior- very large room with window. There was not a computer in our room so we had to wait for our turn at the lobby. Breakfast was so nice and the location was also good... Happy Paradise!!!

We lucky to booked this hotel through www.venere.com and found The Blue Paradise Hotel was perfect address to stay. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very efficient. The smallness of the hotel made it intimate and unique. The free breakfast was a great plus. The concierge was more than helpful. The room was furnished in modern style and very comfortable and pleasant with very nice bathroom. We had a king room with bed split to two twins and travelling with friend - very adequate space. The location is also great 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, The Dong Xuan Market and Ngoc Son Temple... Couldn't beat the location. Safe neighborhood so highly recommended!
