Hanoi Paradise Hotel - Hanoi

Excellent hotel with indoor heated pool in Hanoi Old Quarter. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Hanoi.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hanoi Paradise, The room was very clean and had all the amenities. The staff was most helpful in answering all my questions. I would not hesitate in recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good welcoming,nice and helpful employees. Quiet rooms. Very busy and noisy right outside the hotel. Very good location for people who like to be in the heart of the old, true city. We enjoyed it very much!

Nice Hotel. The problem in Hanoi, is the noise! Just killing you! I was there ten years ago and it is getting worst! Friendly Hotel staff, nice rooms. We got a big one facing the street, a bit noise 24 hours...

Hotel very noisy in front facing rooms. On 4th floor - no lift & heavy suitcases. Big sell started as soon as we arrived & continued for entire stay Hotel closes at 11:30 with metal shutter over front door - but no one told us this! Bathroom dirty Hotel in middle of street markets etc which begin to operate c5:00am

Hotel is good, everething is according to description on web site. Room is clean and quite (it's improtant in Hanoi:) ) Price seems to be higher than average in Hanoi for such time of hotels.

I was a bit hesitant because of the price, but was extremely impressed with this hotel and it's staff. I would highly recommend it.

Hanoi Paradise Hotel was a wonderful place to stay when we first arrived in Vietnam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very pampered and special. Everyone spoke English and helped us to arrange trips to Sapa and HaLong Bay. They had staff meet us at the airport and the train station. We would have been very overwhelmed at the train station if they weren't there waiting for us. It was delightful to see a familiar face when we got off the train from Sapa. We would recommend, and we did to other travelers we met, this wonderful hotel.

Absolut excellent Service provided, very friendly personnel, very supportive!

Very friendly staff. Good english. Always someone on duty. Very helpful with hints about what to do. Breakfast area small, but ok. Breakfasts good, but same thing was different every day! I think they don't quite understand the western idea of "breakfast"!

Very helpful stuff. If you have to leave Hanoi for a couple of days to visit Halong, you can leave our luggage at hotel and not to worry about it. Everything will be ok.

The staff and facilities were quite nice. The street was very busy - in a good way - during the day and quieted down at night. I'd say it was slightly overpriced but the experience was enjoyable none the less.

Good value. We had a large room with a balcony at the back of the hotel which was very quiet considering the hustle and bustle as soon as you step outside of the hotel lobby. Very friendly staff. Fresh fruit delivered to the room everyday and a decent sized breakfast (served between 7am-10am in the breakfast room or delivered to your room) is included (options of western style meals as well as typical Vietnamese breakfast, eg. Pho noodle soup). Handy having a computer with broadband in the room. We stayed 5 nights so pick up from the airport was included in the price and the hotel organised a taxi for our return trip to the airport again on our departure. Hotel is advertised as having a 24 hour reception, but we found this not to be the case when wanting to leave the hotel around 5am to walk around and take photos. A bit of a shock to find some of the staff asleep on mats on the floor in the hotel lobby, but this seems to be the norm in Vietnam. We'd just wake one of them up and they'd unlock the doors for us. We'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The staff at Hanoi Paradise were excellent!Very friendly and helpful. We were cheated by the taxi driver and the staff at Hanoi Paradise helped us in dealing with the taxi driver. The room is really great, very spacious and clean. The computer in the room is a great bonus. We had a great time in Hanoi Paradise and would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. It is really great compared to the hotel we stayed in Hanoi in the previous night.

My husband and I stayed 8 nights and had an excellent experience. We were provided with a free airport pickup service as we stayed more than 4 nights. This was very helpful given we were arriving in an unfamiliar city. Our room was huge and extremely clean. The linen was changed daily and roses were put in the room as well as fresh fruits everyday. A bottle of wine was provided on arrival & internet service in the room was so useful. Breakfast was basic but varied and very fresh. The location is excellent and in walking distance to many areas of interest such as the lake, shopping, the Water Puppet Theatre which is a must to see at only $US2, and the famous Hanoi Hilton jail. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with our enqiries and requests. We could not fault the service or the experience we had during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for the star rating it has. It surpassed our expectations and we would stay again.

Small hotel but with large rooms and very friendly staff; I'd definitely stay there again

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were helpful with setting up tours like Halong Bay. The hotel was in a convenient location, and many attractions & restaurants were within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not hesitate to return to the Hanoi Paradise Hotel.
