Hanoi Lucky I Hotel - Hanoi

After two months, I had chance to come back to Hanoi and stay at Hanoi Lucky hotel. I already stayed at this hotel for the past two months. Now everything is better and better. They have just upgraded all the facilities and services. All their staffs still remember me and treated me as a good friend. One of the staff, Hieu took me around the old quarter streets by his motobike. He introduced to me all the streets with their specilities. He is really a kind man. This time I did not have much free time so I did not travel much. I just went on my business and then came back to the hotel. However I really felt satisfied and relaxed when I come back to the hotel after a long day business trip. They gave me really good time. Hanoi Lucky Hotel is really me second home when away from home.

It is quite nice to stay at Hanoi Lucky I Hotel. They have 2 hotels in the same street, I stayed at Hanoi Lucky I. Room is clean, well-decorated and facilitated. Althrough weather was not so good, because of drizzle all day, it was so interesting sitting at the lobby drinking vietnamese green tea and chatting with the hotel staffs. They are so friendly and humorous. I really enjoyed my 1 day staying at this hotel. When I come back Hanoi I will stay there again. I hope to get more interesting things from this hotel and the staffs.

Great Location in the old quarter of the city, very close to the main lake of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem) and to main shopping areas. Not far from other major attractions. Staff is very nice, with Trung being a restless concierge to make you satisfied!! Free PC and internet on the bedroom is a plus. They booked our excellent tour to Halong Bay for a much better price than if wehad booked through internet! Will return there one day!!

The hotel location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and really easily accessible to a lot of other places. Though it might be situated along a small street and without much window viewing, the service provided by the staff is great. The room is spacious. Recommended for others.

Rooms are all equipped with AC, TV and minibar. Clean, friendly staff who helped me a lot.
