The hotel is a small place about 7 floors with 2 rooms per floor. The rooms are nice, very clean with at Queen side bed in lovely decoration in pupple color. They will give you a laptop pc for your own use I nroom and aircon, beds matress are hard but so is everywhere in indochina, and you have a flat panel TV with all outside sport channels. The bathroom is good and very clean with a powerfull shower, fresh towels The best of all is the service they treat you like a king, they take care of every detail arranging from airprot pickup, travel around and water puppet show. The breakfast is on the menu you can choose any and as many items from the menu as you like and because if freshly cook and prepare it taste delicius! Rather than buffet queuing.

In 20 years, I am a frequent business traveler in Asia and had the good luck and fortune to find Hanoi Dylan Hotel on the internet. For me HDH was a very pleasant experience and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness and professionalism of staff as well as the good breakfast made my five days stay to a very happy experience. By all means, if you travel in business or for pleasure or prices, Dylan Hotel in Hanoi is a great choice.

The rooms are very nice and very clean contains a huge TV and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean aware and has hot shower. The price is absolutely reasonable, nice breakfast. The location in the old Quarter of course plenty good. You can also use the pick-up service from the airport for a reasonable price and your convenience. The most wonderful is the staff at this hotel, they are very friendly, helpful and fun.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay, based on venere feedback & the fact it was recommended from friends. We arrived at mid night straight from a 14 hours flight from London and we were very tired. The staff went out of their way to make a room available to us and bring to us the hotel welcome drink and a dish of fresh fruit . When we left our flight left at midnight, again the staff helped by giving us a 4pm checkout. The breakfast offering was vast and touches like having a omlette cooked for you made the difference....... Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at Hanoi Deluxe Hotel. The room was great, clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful, well English speaking. They do provide information about tours etc but we didn't find them overly pushy and the advice given was always honest and excellent. We booked through them the Halong bay trip.

Had a fabulous stay here - the staff was lovely and helpful, and while I initially was only going to stay for 1 night, I extended my stay to 5 nights. I had stayed at 2 other hotels in Hanoi previously, and this was the best value and nicest staff of any of them.

/ Excellent hotel with the best services in Hanoi, this is one of 6 different hotels i stayed in Vietnam but this the best. Very helpful staff, they helped us to book our tours to Halong bay and Sapa at the medium budget but great quality and much fun. Room was so nice, good designing and colorable curtain and small roll decoration. Room was tiny up every day and very clean, great shower cabin with hot water. Hotel location was great, close to the old town, shopping central, food store. I was enjoying the crazy traffic here, a thousand thousands motorbike and people drive on their own road. But not too difficult to go cross the street. Absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks for all.

Great room, nice decoration, suite comfo bed in narrow room but the facilities design look fit.Delicious breakfast, you can choose one of the Item on the list and fresh drink. Excellent tour ognization. Miss Moon arrange us a private trip to Mai Chau, a hill ethnic group people of Thai. That were amazing village, we were enjoyed the bike trip in the village.

Stayed in Dec 2009, Hanoi was the second place on our traveling plan. Having lived in this hotel, I found Hanoi Boutique Hotel a great value. This location in particular is strong suite, close by all special shopping area. It takes just 2 mine to the local food shop name Pho Bat Dan, where you will find delicious, should try both Pho Ga(with chicken) and Pho Bo with (beef). The room was not so big but we found it comfortable, great value for money (we paid 425.00USD/double room). The wooden floor makes rooms warmer, spacious bathroom and shower cabin which not much hotels there have, very comfy bed. The balcony room would be much noise in the morning but that was not a problem for us on the third floor. The hotel was busy in the early morning at lobby course of people go on tours (halong bay, sapa, …) We booked our tours from hotel too, there were no trouble, we found safe at the great tour they recommended. Overall the staff very friendly and helpful, cheerful, knowledge enough about the city. Very smart room cleaner, they give you the toilet roll every morning after they clean your room with a beautiful mile. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in The Old Quarter of Hanoi and this is the most interesting part of the city and you can walk everywhere from here. Despite being in the old part of town the hotel is only 1 year old and all fittings are new. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to get what ever they can for you and were always ready with fresh fruit and a cold drink. The internet access is free and reliable and the breakfasts great. We had a great time here and although this was the cheapest accommodation we stayed in it was the best . We had to leave Hanoi twice to visit other places but made sure we booked back in to this hotel everytime we had to return. The air port pickup service was excellent and I would stay here again if I get the chance.

The hotel was much far from the pictures. On the website the rooms look beautiful, clean and large but in fact very small, windowless and very dirty. The location was fine. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was also very simple with toast, butter and jam and nothing ... Never recommend.

The hotel is typical of its type but we had a great week there. We arrived around 2 am and the driver was waiting at the airport, as promised. We changed rooms twice, both times to improve our situation. No elevator makes the 5th floor a chore late at night. Miss Moon is the best and all employees are extremely well-meaning although English abilities varied. The breakfast is simple but satisfying. Both my wife and I would stay again w/o hesitation. Easily arranged tours as well. Crazy streets but you are 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. Highly recommended.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was in the back of the hotel, so much quieter than the ones in the front. For $30 a night, price couldn't be beat. Air conditioning worked perfectly and the decor was very clean and modern. Definitely worth checking out.

It is a small hotel, and limited by the size of buildings in Hanoi's Old Quarter. But the staff is super friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and if you want to stay in the Old Quarter, this hotel fits everything. I would stay there again if I were to go to Hanoi.
