I had a wonderful stay and have never come across anything like the service I got there. Mary took me under her wing and organised everything for me so that I didn't have to think or worry about things like getting train tickets or getting to the station and when I returned from Halong bay I was given a room to shower in and to reorganise my case as well as breakfast. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, just go and see for yourself!!

We stayed for two nights at the Charming 2 hotel. We went to Halong Bay inbetween our stay at the hotel. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. On our check out day we went around Hanoi, on our return to collect our luggage we were offered a room to change and shower in before our train to Hue. Amazing service, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. Also a great location!

The hotel was greatly overpriced on the website there was a gym indicated but there was none. In my opinion a poor hotel with the only redeeming feature friendly staff

I loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The rooms big and clean with new bathrooms, with everthing you would want - even rose petals on the bed! I would definately stay here again

I loved this hotel, it was perfect. Clean rooms with everything you need, inclding a computer! New clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff. All for an excellent price, I would highly recommend it
