The hotel is situated in The Old Quarter of Hanoi and this is the most interesting part of the city and you can walk everywhere from here. Despite being in the old part of town the hotel is only 1 year old and all fittings are new. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to get what ever they can for you and were always ready with fresh fruit and a cold drink. The internet access is free and reliable and the breakfasts great. We had a great time here and although this was the cheapest accommodation we stayed in it was the best . We had to leave Hanoi twice to visit other places but made sure we booked back in to this hotel everytime we had to return. The air port pickup service was excellent and I would stay here again if I get the chance.

we came to Hanoi in October of 2009. What a wonderful stay we had at Hanoi Boutique Hotel! Service was exceptional! The staff was very accommodating to my partner and i. Allowing us to switch rooms to the room closer to the ground floor with a smile. Breakfast (omelet) was one of the best i have ever had.The staff was wonderful in arranging taxi's getting us to where we needed to go. Letting us know what the estimated cost would be (so we didn't get ripper off). We stayed 4 nights ( lovely room with a balcony) and even we we had left to visit Halong Bay and Sapa . We were still welcomed back (like second home )to answer more questions and stone our bags .The staff's smile and help (along with rest of staff) truly made our Hanoi staff! Thank you! Thank you.... Clean and nice hotel, close to the centre. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (especially the night staff). Would definietely stay here again.

We stayed in Hanoi Boutique Hotel for four nights .We had a wonderful stay .The location is great-very central and easy to walk to everything . The staff were FANTASTIC so friendly and accommodating .Staff helped us endlessly with taxi,direction and advice .Everyone at the hotel were so gracious even to look after our bags and let us use the internet after trips to HALONG BAY & SAPA -even though we were no longer staying at Hanoi Boutique Hotel .I would definaly recommend Hanoi Boutique hotel to everybody

Excellent hotel in Hanoi downtown. Very friendly and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is great and not expensive.

The hotel was much far from the pictures. On the website the rooms look beautiful, clean and large but in fact very small, windowless and very dirty. The location was fine. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was also very simple with toast, butter and jam and nothing ... Never recommend.

The hotel is typical of its type but we had a great week there. We arrived around 2 am and the driver was waiting at the airport, as promised. We changed rooms twice, both times to improve our situation. No elevator makes the 5th floor a chore late at night. Miss Moon is the best and all employees are extremely well-meaning although English abilities varied. The breakfast is simple but satisfying. Both my wife and I would stay again w/o hesitation. Easily arranged tours as well. Crazy streets but you are 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. Highly recommended.

It is located in the Old Quarter where pubs, restaurants and cafes are within short walking distance. The staff were friendly; and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and cozy. I particularly like the bed and the shower.I had a comfortable staying

That was no comment for the best price qouted at $30.00 for a double room with view in Hanoi Boutique Hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. We booked all our tours throught them to Halong bay and Sapa. That was great time in Hanoi city.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was in the back of the hotel, so much quieter than the ones in the front. For $30 a night, price couldn't be beat. Air conditioning worked perfectly and the decor was very clean and modern. Definitely worth checking out.

We found Hanoi Boutique Hotel friendly,efficient and in a very good position in the old quarter to see the city.This is a family run hotel and as with all such hotels it really makes a difference to the welcome a guest receives there.

It is a small hotel, and limited by the size of buildings in Hanoi's Old Quarter. But the staff is super friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and if you want to stay in the Old Quarter, this hotel fits everything. I would stay there again if I were to go to Hanoi.

Hanoi Boutique Hotel was a cosy, the best one we did stay in Vietnam on my long trip. Room was very clean, lovely model bathroom, LCD plasma cable TV. Miss Moon, the hotel manager was a wonderful girl, she organized all our trip in Vietnam perfect. Absolutely recommend for Hanoi Boutique Hotel.

I booked at Hanoi Boutique Hotel just for one night, because, firstly I thought just see how is it. They have many good reviews online and i try. If it is really pleasure I will stay longer. Absolutely, I deiced to stay there longer, so warm staff, clean, lovely, convenient Queen size bed, big LCD plasma TV and truthfully dry bathroom. Miss Moon, the hotel manager, helped us to book our tours to Halong bay, Sapa, Perfume Pagoda The Halong tour was excellent experience in our life, wonderful landscape, nice foods and Luxury services. There was no problem on tour. We did 3night 2day for the Sapa tour. Miss Moon arranged us 1night in family home stay, that was extremely beautiful mountain view and culture of ethnic people. The tour guide was a local Mong girl, she spoke very good English, and explained her family culture as a love story. We love Sapa. The hotel staff pick us up at the train station when we finish our Sapa trip, and helpful lent us a room to have hot shower before we was picked up for Perfume Pagoda. We have our late flight at night so we did not book a room for that date. Hanoi Boutique Hotel was a small one but that was a huge lucky and friendly and helpful. I would come back and stay here for our next holiday.
