The hotel is very nice spcialy the lobby and the swimming pool area,resturants.the room was good but not comfortable alot.they should upgrate the furnture at rooms.

During my stay there were a lot of Arabs, but that was not the problem. The service was very poor, I reserved a room for 3 and when we arrived there were only two beds. I had to ask an extra one and then we had also the problem with the towels, there were only two and we were three. At 8:00 pm I was still waiting for them, after having asked the reception a couple of times and after denying to accept their excuse that the laundry room was closed and that I would have to wait until the next morning. As for the meals - I thought I had a reservation with breakfast and dinner included, but once I arrived the receptionist told me it was only breakfast included. Despite that we had dinner one night at the hotel and we paid at lot just to eat vegetables. There was only one meat plate - Couscous d'agneau. I would not pay again to eat in the hotel restaurant, since the quality of the food is very poor.
