Nice location, lovely views from the 17th floor. Very modern room and bathroom with lovely shower. However no phone in the room and no place in the shower for toiletries. Also no bedside table. Very obliging staff and excellent breakfast though the breakfast room got very crowded at 8 a.m.

A great modern hotel in a perfect location to explore Hamburg, the staff were really friendly and supported with any questions we had, would recommend to all!!!

nice decorated hotel in good location and convienent for metro, rooms a little small and would have been nice to have complimentry soap as well as shampoo shower gel, Public area very welcoming, breakfast good and drinks at a reasonable price

We stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are modern equipped and very clean. Our rooms were on the 18th of 19th floors, so we had a fantastic view over the city.

Very nice Motel. Rooms are very nice, perfect value for money. Subway station is 50m away from main entrance (I would reccommend taking the subway to the hotel when arriving at main station [Hauptbahnhof] as the walk from the main station to the motel via Steindamm is not very pleasant [lots of bumps, strange people, ...]).

My stay at Motel One was excellent. A brand new hotel with friendly staff. Nice rooms and excellent service. Hotel is infront of underground stop and 20 meters from hotel there is a supermarket - Lidl where you can buy all your needs. I definitely would return to this Hotel.
