Upon arrival we were informed the room was not ready although the literature indicated check in from midday. Upon return at 13.00 we were advised that we had been allocated a room at a different hotel on the same road. This was only a few minutes walk and the facilities didn't appear to be much different to the one we had booked. Overall a reasonable hotel for an overnight stay.

Clean and Basic, reasonable breakfast representing good value for money. Walkable to the city centre and U bahn station more or less right outside the door. All the tube lines centre on the Hauptbahnhof which makes travel around the city very easy from here. The fact that local doorways are occupied by ladies of the night and the road is full of sex shops might put some people off but we didn't have any problems at all.
