Hotel-Pension Kieler Hof - Hamburg

It look likes a pension rather than a hotel. But for me, I expect more with this price.

The hotel is old, but the location is good, 5minutes walk from the main station. The breakfast area is good.

The receptionist in the second half between 1600hrs to 2200hrs was very bad and arrogant.She was not co-operative atall, Just because of others were good we stayed back. Otherwise we would have vacated the next day and looked out for some other hotel. She wanted money against check in. Is it right?? Normally we pay on vacating.

The most disgusting hole in my life!

It was what we needed, somewhere clean,tidy & central.If all you need is somewhere to sleep you cant go wrong.Thanks very much.

No comment... Ok, hotel (?) close to the station, but in my humble opinion, 90 euros per a triple room is an exaggerated price, considering the toilet on the gangway. Number one! (from one to zero!) PS Three points to the virus killer spray above the toilet!

The toilet is not in the room.this is not metioned in the instruction .

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, man ist sofort im Zentrum, oder bei der Strassenbahn. Ich würde sofort wieder im Kieler Hof logieren und diesen auch weiter empfehlen.

Simple, but clean. Short from Hauptbahnhof and airbus shuttle. Short walk to the citycenter. Nice area right behind hotel with restaurants, cafe's. But traffic & noize outside our room early morning and late night. If you need a quite room, ask for one at the back.

Not enough choice at breakfast. The shower could have been partitioned and positioned better in the room. The tv was black and white which seemed a bit mean. This hotel was convenient for the railway station, the airport bus and central Hamburg. We recommend the Viking Bar opposite. We would stay again unless we could find somewhere cheaper. The photo on the website enabled our taxi driver to find the hotel when his satnav failed to locate it.
