The hotel met our expectations. The room was very spacious for 4 persons. The small kid (3 years old) slept for free in the bed. There would have been plenty of space for another bed. Although the street in front of the window is no main street we were a bit disturbed by the noise of cars (we are not used to it) but with windows shut it was o.k.. The hotel is not in the center but the center is easy to reach with the subway. There was a small kitchen. One has to reserve the plates etc. in advance for € 15. Since we did not know that they gave it for free. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated.

The only weakness of this Hotel is the location. Specially if you have to go to town everyday. Else I am really satisfied, I can only recommend this hotel.

The Standard Double Rooms are approx. 28 sq. m./301 ft sq. in size and most feature a kitchenette diner, fully equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, balcony, satellite TV, hairdryer, radio and a direct dial telephone.The Hanseatic Single, Double/Twin, Triple and Family Rooms measure between 20-38 sq. m./215-409 ft sq. and feature a private bathroom with a shower, balcony, spacious lounge area and a kitchenette fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven or cooker. Other amenities include free wireless internet access, a desk, safe, trouser press and all those listed above for the Standard Double Room.

By carFrom the A1 Motorway: Take Exit 33/HH-Billstedt, and follow signs for the Zentrum. In Eiffestrasse turn at the 5th set of traffic lights into Borstelmannsweg. The hotel is on your left-hand side.
By train
From Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station): Walk out of the City/ Mönckebergstrasse Exit. From there take bus line 112 towards Hamm/Braune Brücke and get off at Schadesweg bus stop which is directly in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you can catch the U2 Metro, exit at Hammer Kirche Station and walk to the hotel.
