We booked our room and thought we were going to get something as shown on their web site.The rooms looked very spacious on line but we were given a very small room.I was not happy and asked to be moved. They changed our room without fuss. Our friends were not as luckey. As they had booked on the different room rate they could not move even though they thought they were going to get a room as advertised on the web site

By carComing from the South: take the highway A1 or A7 to the motorway junction Hamburg Süd, and follow the signs to Veddel/Centrum/Elbbrücken. Proceed on Heidenkampsweg until you reach the intersection at Ankelmannsplatz. Turn right, and then turn left immediately into Borgfelder Strasse, where the hotel is located.
By train
From the main train station guests can take a taxi or use the underground (U2 or U3) or city express train (S1 or S21) to the station Berliner Tor, only one station from the main train station. Take the exit Berliner Tordamm, and you can see the Grand City Hotel Berlin Hamburg Zentrum.
By airplane
