The online booking system did not offer non-smoking rooms and I got a smoker room. This is not very customer-friendly. The breakfast was 13Euros per person - too expensive.

Für 99 € im Doppelzimmer ist das Frühstück einfach nur peinlich. z.B. Nur Scheibenkäse,Rührei und Würstchen in einem Wärmebehälter,Keine Geflügelprodukte,Croissants haben wie Zeitung oder Esspapier geschmeckt, Fazit:Da hat wer richtig gespart,es ist mir ein Rätsel wie man dafür 4 Sterne bekommt! Eine halbe Std. vor Frühstücksende wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt,neben dem Frühstücksbereich durch einen kleinen "Sichtschutz" abgetrennt wurde permanant geraucht

Nice Hotel, good breakfast with nice and welcoming personel. The hotel is easy to reach without car. Just a few minutes to the center of Hamburg.
