Although the reservation had beeen supported by credit card nr., advance payment was requested (cash or Maestro was preferred, credit card additional €2,--, which is actually illegal). Underground garage in an neighbouring house is offered for € 5,-- per day. The breakfast room in a cellar is small, loud and sometimes overcrowded. Self service, incompetent staff on weekends. The quality of breakfast was average, but not bad. Coffe, beer etc. are available at the reception 24/7. The hotel appears more like a youth hostel in many respects, but the relationship between price and quality is not so bad for a city like Hamburg. The distance to the nextunderground station is just about 300 metres, which is quite comfortable.

By car
From Horner Kreisel drive on Sievekingsallee, follow the road until reaching the Sievekingsallee/Hammer Steindamm crossway, turn left into Hammer Steindamm and continue until reaching the Hammer Steindamm/Hammer Landstraße crossing. Turn left into Hammer Landstraße. You will find the hotel after 300 metres on the right side.
By train
From the main train station take underground line 3 in direction of Mümmelmannsberg and get off at the Hammer Kirche station. Take the lower exit and follow the road for about 200 meters. You will find the property after 200 metres on the right side.
By airplane
From Hamburg airport take bus line 172 in direction of Mundsburg and get off at U-Fuhlsbüttel station. Take underground line 1 in direction of Hauptbahnhof-Süd. From Hauptbahnhof-Süd take underground line 3 to Hammer Kirche station. Take the lower exit and follow the road for 200 metres. You will find the property after 200 metres on the right side.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation.
