The Hotel was exactly as it appeared on the web site. Value for money and an excellent location. Great views from the roof terrace and pool. Clean room. Only negative comments were the tired bed covers and the bashed bath panel in the bathroom, but the room and the bathroom were always clean so they are minor comments.

From the city of Valletta, take bus number 62, 64, 66, 67 or 68 and get of at the Sliema Ferries stop. The hotel is located steps from the bus stop.
By airplane
From Malta International Airport take bus number 8 to Valletta city center. From there, take bus number 68, 62, 66, 67 or 64 and get of at the Sliema Ferries stop. The hotel is located just in front of the bus stop.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11.30 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Wireless Internet access is not included in the price and costs €2,00 per hour.
Use of in-room safe is not included in the price and costs €0,93 per day.
Baby cots and additional beds are not included in the price. Details upon request.
Airport transfers are not included in the price and cost €20,00 each way.
Access to sauna and Jacuzzi is not included in the price and costs €4,66 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If booking is cancelled 14 days prior to date of arrival the total price of
reservation will be charged.
With immediate effect rather than collecting individual deposits for safe keys,
towels etc, we shall be collecting a refundable €100 deposit for every client
upon check in.
Subject to no damages, problems or outstanding bills, this amount will be
returned or cancelled upon check out.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
