Grosseto Sud motorway exit, follow directions to Grosseto. At 2km from the exit, go over the bridge on the River Ombrone and you reach a flashing traffic light warning you to give way. Go straight on for 30 metres then turn left and go under the railway bridge (sign to Marina di Grosseto). Go on for about 150 metres to a roundabout. Follow directions to the right for Marina di Grosseto. Proceed for 4km and you will see Fattoria La Principina on the left.
