the hotel smells of smoke and the shower was not working

L'hotel (où nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en août 2006) est très agréable et joliment décoré. C'est bien pratique d'avoir un petit appart avec cuisine et table quand on est en famille avec de jeunes enfants.

the staff was so nice and accomidating. they went far out of their way to be helpful. the surrounding area was beautiful. i had never been to tuscany before and i absolutely loved this residence.

This was our first and last stay at Residence Casprini da Omero. The reasons are: 1# The person at the reseption made the impression that we disturbed him every time we passed him. It seemed like the only thing he wanted to do was sitting behing his computer surfing the internet. He was not rude, but it was close. Not once did he smile to us during our stay. 2# The rooms are not air-conditioned (it's hot in Tuscany in the summer!). 3# It's a lot of traffic on the road passing the hotel, even at night. We had rooms facing the road, and had trouble falling asleep. We also woke several times during the night by large trucks thundering by on the road. So - sorry, we would not recomend you to stay at this hotel.

When I arrived, the entire building was deserted. I later found someone at the adjacent restaurant which seems to belong to the hotel. Room (actually a suite) was excellent, and very good value.

I was very disappointed! the bathroom is very dirty; splashes everywhere and you have to walk on wet floor. Room maids are too noisy early in the morning. I won't go back anymore

There was no television or radio in the room. If you want to have a 40 € Steak to be served with fork an knive with a plasic grip or absolutely dried out bread for breakfast you can have it here.

Le restaurant de la résidence était fermé du 15 juillet au 15 aout ... ce n'était pas mentionné sur le site. D'autre part la chasse d'eau de notre appartement ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous l'avons signalé, une personne est venue, mais ça ne fonctionnait pas mieux après. Il n'y avait pas de couverts dans la cuisine. L'accueil aurait pu être mieux. Sinon la résidence est à mi chemin entre Florence et Sienne. Des bus y vont mais il est souhaitable d'avoir une voiture si on veut passer une soirée à Florence par exemple.

Restaurant geschlossen! Weinkeller und Laden nicht offen. Auftreten des männlichen Personals schlecht!

I thought I was reserving a double room; indeed we were given a 1 bedroom apartment! It was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and it had a small equipped kitchen as well. We ate dinner in the outdoor restaurant two nights and the food abd service as excellent. Two of the family members spoke English, which was very helpful Otherwise, its Italian all the way. Very nice! Great bargan.

Our expectations of Residence Casprini Da Omero were exceeded! The surroundings are gorgeous, the apartment large and homely. The staff were very accomodating in helping us solve several problems. A highlight was the excellent food - a full Tuscan feast in the garden is not to be missed! Highly recommended and great value for money.

i would recommend this hotel to any one.The food at their restaurant was very good .

One of the most friendly hotel staff, best wines and nicest restaurants ever seen! We really had a good time.

The attached restaurant was served excellent local food. But is closed Wednesdays.

the restaurant was closed, of which we were not informed at booking, which was very uncomfortable, as the nearest one is 7 km away! Strange, as it was high season - July
