The hotel is OK but not a 4 stars. Bathroom out of date

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME IN HOTEL DAS WEITZER.I WAS SATISFIED WITH ROOMS AND STUFF AND HOTEL IN GENERAL.IT HAS GOOD LOCATION AND GARAGE IS ALSO NEAR BY.

The Hotel was the perfect spot for our Graz trip! We like the hotel very much!

Breakfast wasn´t as exected. the floors in the rooms were clean, but the curtains and walls were dirty. welcome was very poor. they didn´t even tell you were you can stay while waiting till the room was ready.

Good rooms ,good sevices ,good hotel , rezonable price

It was a very nice hotel with kind staff. I would recommend to all, and the hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the down town.

Perfect hotel, perfect service, perfect location

Staying at the Weitzer for the second time visiting our son sho lives in Graz. We love this hotel for its position close to the old town. The staff are ever so friendly and we really anjoy the breakfast buffet. Visiting in late November, we were lucky enough to be there during the Christmas market. The hot wine, (gluwine), is a must, and one of the stands in the Francescan square makes a hot drink with a type of rum advocat and hot milk which is really good. The hotel foyer and restaurant has been modernised since our previous visit in 2007 and is much brighter, and there is now an interesting chill out area next to the bar.

Posizione perfetta: basta attraversare il ponte per raggiungere il centro.

The best is the location, near the all part, in front of the river. The classic room was spacius. facilitys for parking. It was a good experience.

I must commend the lady at the reception counter who was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly both at check-in and check-out times. She was also courteous and knowledgeable when asked for directions and city tips. It is jnot an easy job but she is doing it well and made us feel very welcome.

Great location but it has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Worse than even 1star pensions when I was a student. The rooms were filthy especially the bed. The mattress was badly stained and could be folded over in half with one hand. There were an assortment of boards under the bed. It was like a doss house. We got in late and were too tired to complain that evening. We eventually got about 50% of our money back. I think that the staff expected complaints and are probably using sub standard rooms where they advertise on cheaper sites like Venere. It is the worst hotel experience of my life.

Buon albergo a un passo dal centro. Stanze ampie e pulite. Arredamento piuttosto datato. Buona la colazione anche se la collocazione del buffet, appena fuori dall'uscita degli ascensori, è abbastanza inusuale. La nostra stanza era in comunicazione con un'altra. Poichè il personale dell' hotel non è stato in grado di chiudere la porta diffettosa, l'altra stanza non è stata assegnata ad alcun cliente.

Very nice great location. But you have to pay for parking. 10.50 euros a day.

Good location 5 minutes walk from downtown. Parking in the hotel underground . Suite per 143€ dayly very well choice . Expensive restaurant with fixed menu gala dinner .

General expression is that service at all was very good. Staff was pleasant, room was comfortable and large, and hotel location is excellent. When I visit Graz again I will tray to book same hotel.

Very good location, very close walking distance to the historical town. Parking is free but just few parking places (otherwise you must use the garage - for which they charge an additional 10 Eur -). The decoration is so-so (was refreshed in the 80's but would need to be refreshed again).
