A quietly situated hotel only 10 - 15minutes walk (uphill) to the Alhambra. The staff are friendly, rooms clean and breakfast selction reasonable. Although the hotel offers some parking this is very limited, suitable only for small cars and is accessed via a car lift. The entrance takes some manouvering. We had a small car and only just managed.

Funky pink and red colours with clean and good size rooms. We had breakfast included and the price was good. There is a bus right outside the door to take you to the Alhambra and the hotel was within walking distance for most other sights. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming.

El hotel está muy bien. Realmente el toque modernista que refleja en las fotos y que te conquista, lo mantiene en la realidad. Hay muy buena calidad-precio, además porque cuentas con desayuno tipo buffet. La ubicación perfecta, está muy cerkita de todo pero sin el tráfico ni el jaleo de gran via de colón. Muy romántico y tranquilo y las personas muy amables!!

The hotel is centrally located to the sites and tapas bars. If taking a taxi, I would recommend being dropped of at the Plaza Isabel La Catolica and walking the 5 minutes to the hotel. Our cab driver charged a little extra to find the hotel. When we arrived, we found that we had an interior room that faced the public breakfast nook. To our surprise (and happiness), no noise from the nook was heard in our room. Staff spoke english and were helpful. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Granada.

Four of us stayed overnight and found that the hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly as we hadn't done our homework concerning tickets for the Alhambra. The bus stops right outside the hotel so no need to take the car. The hotel is very central for lots of shops and places to eat and reception is 24hrs.We would certainly book there again.

Our stay at Hotel Room Mate Shalma was very pleasant. The hotel is right in the historical centre and upon arrival we heard we had been upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was large and impeccably clean, with a nice view on the roofs of Granada, however a bit noisy on Saturday night. Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. The private parking area was very handy, but do remember to book in advance, since the number of places is very limited (and avoid large cars!)
