Room service forgot to replace some towels and soap. And the breakfast room was completely overcrowded, no sufficient tables for the number of rooms... It turned out that the parking location was not sufficiently clear in the description provided, so that we had to pay for the full days simply because the free parking was in another underground parking with a slightly different name. But hotel location and decoration of room were great.

Friendly staff and good location for the Alhambra and the Cathedral. The room was at the back of the house so the view was only of the neighbours windows about 2 meters away.

I found the location Ok but difficult to get in and out of with suitcases and it was raining. I really like the hotel but do find it pricey.

No access to cars; no parking beside. This hotel has to organize the first arrival of the client: temporary place for cars + doorman for parking the car.

Miguiletes is located on the edge of Albaycin and is a 17th century mansion turned into a hotel. Some rooms overlook the interior courtyard and others look out to the alleyways of this old part of town. Our room faced the courtyard and was darkish but well appointed. Unlike other Room Mate hotels, this hotel is not cutting edge design; they've tried to maintain old historic elements from the mansion. The hotel is well-situated to all of the minibus line, 5-minutes from the Cathedral and shopping paseo, and many restaurants and bars. But our stay was greatly enhanced by the front desk staff, always friendly and helpful with tips to enjoy their historic city. That made the difference in our enjoyment of Granada. Of course, the Alhambra is a must-see and lived up to everything that's been said about it. Instead of the guided tour, we opted for the audio guide which allowed us to wander within the Palace as long as we wanted through the ebb and flow of the guided tours. Give yourself enough time to enjoy the gardens as well.

Very atmospheric and quaint place to stay. Ideal for Alhambra and old quarter. Staff fantastic. Only minor disappointment was that the blurb for the hotel suggested a sherry in the bodega before going out for dinner. It was locked up the entire weekend we were there.

a cat was yelling all during the nughit. we coudn't sleep. we ask the recepion to do something ,but he sayd that he cant do anything. we found in the room under the bad paper with blood. we paid 18 uro for parking un the town. in the paper from your web it was written 11 uro. we will not come back to this hotel.

We had the room right over the front door, which turned out to be rather noisy. Otherwise, this was a great hotel!

This was my first stay at a Room Mate hotel and I am very impressed. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is terrific. This is a wonderful hotel and I plan to return.

Almost the best hotel I ever stayed in a long holiday. It will even be a reason that I want to go back to Granada, apart from the amazing Alhambra. The only thing that frustrated me is the location map and the introduction provided by venere is totally misleading. It's in the city center instead of 'a stone's throw to Alhambra'. I took taxi to Alhambra then realised that the place I took the taxi is the place that the hotel is located. So, I would suggest people book this hotel but check with the hotel directly for how to get there. The staff in the hotel was always very surprised by my problem as their instructions to directly-booked guests are correct. So, I think it's something that venere should fix.

We stayed at the suite and it was magical. Beautiful 4-poster bed, great decoration, bathroom with separate jacuzzi room, perfect romantic setting. The foyer is also beautiful. The street/garage is very difficult to find, and it's a busy area, although the room was quiet. Staff was extremely friendly.

Superbly located in the old quarter and within easy reach of the Alhambra. Very friendly, efficient staff who all spoke good English. The free sherry available in the bodega each evening was most welcome and we chatted to other guests there. Our room was comfortable. It overlooked the courtyard and the only disadvantage was that it was never really dark as the courtyard is lit all night and the curtains were quite thin.

Beautiful house,very charming, beautifully restored.The room we first got was very dark, and we changed. Our room whith the view of Alhambra were exellent, a bit small though, related to the price. Some noise from other rooms. Very good breakfast. When going to Spain, we will look for Room mate hotels. The Alhambra was the reason why we went to Granada, we were not disappointed.
