Location in centre of town is great if you don't have to drive to the hotel and park your car somewhere... Even with navigation system it was difficult to find and the explanations over the phone by the receptionist on where to find the nearest garage weren't easy to follow (we ended parking our car in a garage by a company called Trex, while the garage where we should have parked was called Rex...). Room was smallish and everything looked a little bit worn out. Free wifi internet, but the reception was poor in the room. Breakfast was served in a small basement room and not that great. We would look for another place to stay if we were going to go to Granada again.

No indication on the web site concerning the location of the agreed parking of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by very noisy streets and the socalled sound proofed double windows of our room (no. 11) didn't close properly. Result: no way of sleeping during the night. The price of the small room is far to high, the lovely design of the hotel does not compensate the rate. This is not our first stay in Granade but I wouldn't stay again in this hotel.

Siamo stati al Palacio de los Navas e trovo che sia veramente carino, l'ambiente e' molto caratteristico, luminoso e pulito. La posizione e' eccellente. Vorrei tornare presto a granada e penso di ritornare in questo hotel.

perfect location for both sightseeing and shopping/dining. our room was smaller than expected but we loved the location and the interiors style. excellent breakfast (included in the rate) with fresh squeezed orange juice.
