The whole environment and equippment of the hotel is satisfactory. The only shortcoming is the far distance from the town. Better for travellers with car.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews on the net and were completely thrilled with our choice. The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are extremely pleasant. Very comfortable bed, high cleanliness standards, pleasant decor. We also had wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada. The staff was friendly and helpful, although their English wasn't all that great. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking around the hotel so we never needed to use the hotel's parking. Even though the hotel is not in the center of town, it is very easy to get there by bus (a 10 minute ride), or even by car. Since the buses stop running a bit early (at 23:00), we found that when going out at night it made sense to take our car. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff turned off the air-conditioning in our room during the day which made the room rather warm at night. If this is important to you you should ask them not to do so. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to all types of travelers

Swimming pool should open earlier(and not 10am!)and towels should be provided at the pool and not at have to be collected from reception! Tea/coffee making in room should be provided and some complementary water on first day would be welcomed.

Really enjoyed our three night stay. Very clean, air conditioned throughout, great nights sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were very good. Reception made a point of supplying us with a local map and marked all the areas of interest, where to eat, where to shop etc. Not in walking distance of town but regular bus service from outside the front door, €1.20. Taxi back at night about €6. City sight seeing tour bus has a stop beside the hotel, passes every half hour, next stop Alhambra. Pool in shade from afternoon on, which was fine for just a cool down.

A good deal. New buiding, very good rooms. Breakfast is standard but rich. You need a car to move to the city centre / Alhambra. Easy to find even if the map is misleading. I would return to this property.

We were staying in Granada as our daughter will be studying at the University for a year. We used the hotel as a base for getting to know the city as well as a bit of sightseeing for 3 days. The hotel is fine, just a little too far outside of the city centre really. The walk to the city takes about 45 mins, but there is a good bus service [try it, it's easy - get an 'Oyster' type card from the driver - one card will do the whole family]. We also walked up the hill to the Alhambra [bit too long really] and buy tickets on line in advance! We queued for 2 hrs to get tickets to be told all we sold out for the morning and had to go in the afternoon. We only ate breakfast at the hotel - really good too. Meals seemed pricey as were bar drinks. The outside bar area was functional, rather too much traffic noise though. We never tried the pool - but it seemed popular. The reception was efficient and English was spoken. The rooms were clean - very modern and stylish. Apart from being on the outskirts, there is nothing negative to report - value for money I'd say.

Super hotel, gave us a great experience. Really nice design, well fitted rooms, a/c worked fine in 38 degree heat. Great staff and excellent value for money. Very handy to local bus for Granada centre, and only a 4 euro taxi ride to the Alhambra. Hard to get to through the city, due to road works, but stick to the ring road and you will be fine. In August lots of local free parking.

The pictures on this website do not do this Hotel justice. The interior of the hotel is designed in a crisp contemporary style and looks great from all angles. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and found it to be a great place to come back to after a long tiring day visiting the Alhambra.

Had not been to Granada before, so picked this off the internet. Anyway, Granada is a big city, so things can be a long way from each other. A new and trying-to-be upmarket hotel, with fairly reasonable for Spain. As others mentioned, is quite a long way from town alongside a highway roundabout, and also not really near the Alhambra. The No. 33 bus stops just outside and that was very convenient to get to town, but I do not think either place is an easy walking distance for most people. We were traveling with two children and had to rent two rooms as they have no family rooms, but they arranged to have those together. An annoying thing is that you have to leave the key in the power switch, and you only get 1 key, which made it a major hassle when two people wanted to do different things. Parking is 10 euros. The pool is outside, so although it was open it was very cold in April! There was not food available after about 10PM. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and the one we went to (next door) was quite good. Would probably not stay here again, but would look for something closer to the center of town.

We traveled by car so we choose this hotel firstly for the price comparing with the quality and secondary for it's location. We also could find easily free parking around the hotel. In Granada parking is not easy but we managed every time to find some space around Paseo de la Bomba and Paseo de Salon streets with 1,4 euros for around 5 hours. The location of the hotel helped us moving in and out of Granada to excursions around Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarras, very fast and easily. All of the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Everyone spoke English and we had no problem with everything we asked them. If you don't mind staying near the center we recommend this hotel. Of course you have to know that the price we payed (for 3 nights) had an average of 64 euro for a double room without breakfast.

a modern hotel on the edge of the city , just off the main road so easy to find. In spite of being near the road , it is quiet. The tourist bus stops just up the hill so transport into Granada is easy. The staff are friendly and speak good English.

This is a very nicely appointed hotel. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. It is, however, located a 20 minute walk from Granada city centre. The neighbourhood is safe, but rather sterile.

Price was excellent for the quality. The location is not central, but there are frequent buses to both city centre and Alhambra. There's also an excellent restaurant-bar right next door to the hotel.

Hotel was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Situation was very nice- a walk along the river into the centre of Granada or an efficient bus service. Plenty of parking in neighbouring streets. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the back which was totally silent.would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was one of our favorites in a three week stay around Spain and Portugal. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and many spoke English which is great. We booked an economy room, so did not expect such service and beauty. Another good point is the hotel still had the air conditioning on. It was so hot, if they had turned it off like other hotels, we would have been miserable. Free internet was more than we expected. Overall, I would say one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you wish to visit Alhambra. Really handy for the bus and good idea to take a taxi to Alhambra and leave the car secure in the underground parking - very good rates. Staff in the restaurant were fantastic. Lovely to have a dip in the pool.

This was a beautiful hotel that met all expextations - very modern and finished to a very high standard. Excellent place to stay especially on our first visit to Granada - 15-20 min walk to town centre and excellent bus links to Alhambra Palace. Really enjoyed our stay and found the staff very helpful.

This is a really great hotel. The only drawback is that it's a little bit far away from downtown, but Bus 33 (you can catch it at the hotel door) takes you there really easily. The staff is friendly and capable, the restaurant is really good and it's pretty much a brand new place so everything is in top form. Our only regret was that we only spent one night there.

Good clean new hotel. Competent English speaking reception. Only drawback is lack of shuttle to airport. Bus service extremely close and of highg quality, ease of use, and safety. Would definitely stay here again. Request rooms on back side for limited views but extremely quiet. 30 minute uphill walk to Alhambra. No views worth noting except of a hillside. restaurant on site looks ok, another decent one with more atmosphere just across the alley. Breakfast and lunch joint about 50 yards away on the town side.

The hotel was surprisingly inexpensive, but it was July in Granada. Staff was cut down to the bare minimum but all were nice. We had difficulty finding it from web directions and it is outside the city inserts on maps of Spain, but it actually is easy to get to. The room was luxurious, taxis and buses are easy to get. Nice pool. It was easily the best bargain of the places we stayed. The rooms and lobby seem decorated for the business traveller, but it exceeded what we had been staying in as far as amenities. Watch out for the cost of laundry service though. It cost more than our room! Food was good; the bar did coffee beautifully!

excellent Hotel.

Very good hotel in Granada. Cons: not central and hard to find. Pros: Spacious and clean room, 9 euro parking with in and out privilages. Very helpful staff. A bus right next to the hotel takes 15 min. to get to the centre of Granada. Alhambra is 10 min. away by car or 30 min. walk (only for experienced walkers, nasty uphill walk). Overall, a good value for the money in otherwise overpriced and unfriendly Spain.

we chose this hotel as a base to visit the Alhambra palace and whilst the hotel is slightly a out of town, this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay as it is a pleasant walk to the town centre (most of the walk can be along the riverside). There is an excellent bus service (13 and 33?)at a cost of 1 euro each per journey. the number 13 will take you directly to the palace. all in all a great hotel

I strongly recommend this hotel: the staff is really kind, and the hotel is new and has a wonderful swimming pool. It is not far from the Alhambra (5 min by car) and not far from Granada downtown (5 min by car). It is quite easy to fink parking outside the hotel.

Very good modern hotel with competent staff. There's not much nearby, other than a motorway (which is handy if you have a car - you can't hear the noise from the hotel). We had to rely on taxis to get into central Granada. It's an unpleasant 35 minute walk uphill to the Alhambra ticket office - during the day there is an (infrequent) bus to the Alhambra.

I am astill amazed from staying in the Hotel. Just a great, beautiful and modern still cozy hotel where all details have been carefully thought and sorrounded by the nice Sierra view. Great service and all staff very nice and helpfull people. Location is just 10 minutes in bus from the magical city center of Granada. All this for a great price. This is a lovely, new four star hotel that I highly recommend. The only downside is that it is a little out of the main centre, however it is on the main road to the Alhambra and regular buses will deliver you either to the centre of town in 10-15 minutes or to the Alhambra in 5 mintues. It is well worth this (only slight) inconvenience however as the price and quality of this hotel are excellent. It also has a pool which was fantastic for those hot Andalusian afternoons.
