Camera piccola con arredamento vecchio e malandato, aria condizionata rumorosissima. Bagno molto rumoroso e con cattivo odore dato probabilmente dall'umidità. Albergo situato in una zona frequentata da numerosi senzatetto e accattoni. Molto meglio spendere qualche euro in più per una sistemazione comoda e piacevole.

We walked from the train station and although the map is correct it was slightly deceiving. The staff wasn't super friendly - more brusque than at other hotels. I had to ask for help or clarification on many occasions and got a "don't bother me" attitude. We asked for a double bed and got 2 single beds pushed together - tough for a honeymoon.

The hotel has a good position, near the center of Granada but our room was upstairs a disco, so from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. we awoke by noises.

En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a pocos minutos de la catedral, en pleno centro de Granada. Se puede llegar a la Alhambra andando como a unos 15 minutos. La atención fué muy buena, el personal de atención y limpieza es muy amable. La habitación 108 no tiene vistas, la ventana daba a un patio interior lo que le resta puntos. En general la estancia estuvo correcta, si lo que quieres es un hotel para dormir y pasar el día conociendo la ciudad es perfecto.

The hotel is under refurbishment but it is nearly finished. (Apr 08) The staffs are nice but some staffs do not understand English quite well. They can misinterpret our requirement in Spanish when we ask their help to communicate with others.

I had a room overlooking the monastery which was very nice, the room was double glazed so there was little traffic noise, but I could hear next doors TV at all hours and everyone coming and going, door shutting, drawers opening etc., I would ask for a room at the back in the hope it would be quieter. However, for location is great and at a bargain price !

Though this hotel was rated 2 stars, it deserves more! The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Very near the historical center, conveniently located. Excellent cafe on premises as well.

Modern, clean and centrally located next to San Jeronimo. The hotel staff was very helpful with information about visiting Granada. The internet access, which I was counting on, was slow and didn't work very well. They recently opened a cafeteria where we ate breakfast once; don't recommend it since the food is mediocre (packaged stuff) and relatively expensive).

Definetely one of the best quality vs. price hotel we have experimented (we paid 70€ per night). The hotel is quoted two stars but it is worth at least 3 stars. The room was not only clean, comfortable and spacious, it had also a touch of 'modern design' and we had a nice view on the 'Los Jeronimos' monastery. Ask for a renovated room (all are being renovated progressively). The hotel is 6 min from the cathedral. We would book this hotel again if we had to return to Granada.

We spent just one day. The hotel is going under restoring. The room was very clean but completely different from the pictures on the website. Too small but the rate price/quality is good, though!
