Hotel Hesperia Granada - Granada

The room was not clean, and there was no WiFi. You can use internet only in the lobby. The hotel is very difficult to find, and the parking is $18 per 12 hours.

Magnifica situacion. Hotel muy bonito,confortable y con servicios, decoracion etc. acorde con su categoria.Una pega:mucho ruido tanto exterior como interior,este ultimo del servicio de limpieza.En cualquier caso lo recomiendo sin duda alguna Gaspar Moner

An excellent little hotel in a fantastic location which was excellent value. Take earplugs though - not for outside noise but noise from other guests slamming their doors! Don't pay for the expensive breakast (€15 each), there are lots of little cafés around Plaza Nueva (€10 for 2).

Ideally situated for sightseeing and shopping!

Great location. Lovely hotel. Very clean, updated. Parking provided under hotel. However, driving down narrow alley was difficult.

Good location. Could walk to all city centre sites. Difficult to find - required SatNav and a phonecall. Breakfast good. Staff good. Would like tea/coffee facilities in the room. Expensive internet access. Not a good view from room.

Somos una pareja joven, sólo estuvimos por una noche y ninguna queja, el hotel posee un servicio delivery de Pizza que funciona perfecto. Baño muy limpio y espacioso. recomendable los pisos superiores del hotel. El mejor desayuno de los hoteles en España, vale la pena pagar los 11 Euros por persona. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, un poco escondido pero muy seguro.

There seems to limited number of rooms with double beds. We had to change room because we the room was too warm and there is no air conditioning or temperature control in the rooms. However the location of the hotel is excellent. The area is quiet. The staff were helpful.

Great central location within easy walking distance from the Cathedral, shopping and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the start of the walk up to the Alhambra. The rooms are on the large side for Spain, but not luxurious - rather lacking in storage space for clothing and the bathroom was positively spartan. Not recommended if you're looking for a place to luxuriate after a long day of sightseeing, or if you plan to stay more than two nights. Be prepared for ambient noise - stone floors in the corridors and lack of carpets in the rooms! The breakfast room is bright and friendly, and the buffet was above average.

We stayed at the Hesperia for one night. The staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel was well maintained and well decorated. It's on a quiet street, but within walking distance to the center. The Alhambra is only 10-15 mins on the bus. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only negative - our room looked out to the rear yard with the dumpsters, so it was not a pleasant view, to say the least. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The only window of the room was inside the building on an internal balcony/corridor. Therefore, call to verify your reservation and to ensure you get a room with a proper window. Breakfast and garage are not included in the price. The rest was OK. The garage was very useful as once you get to the hotel you won't need a car for visiting the most important historical sites. Anyway, driving to the hotel is really an adventure, even with a GPS-navigator, so be prepared.

Good hotel in a great location for the pedestrian but do not drive, a nightmare to find and GPS worse than useless... and skip breakfast, not great

This room we stayed in had obviously been refurbished recently and was to a very good standard. Location of the hotel for seeing Granada is excellent, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre. May be hard to find initially in the narrow streets that surround the hotel but my sat nav took me straight to it. Worth booking the underground parking as you don't need your car. It is better to get the 48 hours tour bus ticket to get around the city. Staff very helpful. Hotel does not serve dinner but that is not really a disadvantage as there are many good places to eat nearby.

This is a neat little hotel tucked away in a back street but so close to all the interesting things to do in Granada. Providing you take the right exit of the freeway (129)if you come by car, it is well signed and easy to find despite the fact that the narrow streets and the underground parking can be challenging. The front office staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel which deserves all its four stars. The only rate below 9 that is given is for quietness, because the cleaning staff constantly slammed doors in other hotel rooms in the morning. A bit irritating wake up call...

Location and service were excellent

Nice hotel, right in the center in the vicinity of lots of restaurants; onfortunately, some of the guests had the unfortunate habit of doing the morning workout by slamming doors.

Spectacular location with very good prices.

Excellent hotel but almost impossible to find if you are travelling by car. Only access to the hotel is along an extremely narrow one-way street. Directions should be included when booking. All in all excellent accomodations.

The Hesperia Granada is lovely, clean, well located and a good value. Our only complaint was construction noise from outside the building and the difficulty we had finding the hotel by car. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone with good navigational skills or arriving via taxi.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel to save time,and the food and service were very nice too.And the bathrooms are very clean,big and welcoming.

We were lucky to find the hotel, since we drove there and the directions were not clear. However, it was definetely worth it. This beautiful hotel is situated on a quiet plaza just around the corner from popular restuarants, the main boulevard and within walking distance to the Alhambra (20 minutes). The friendly staff was helpful with instructions and tips about entrances to the sites. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Room was fine, nothing special. Need a proper map to find the hotel. Need to identify that it has a parking garage with very specific directions to reach the garage. Good access to bus services and shopping.Need to also provide general directions i.e. best exit to leave circular highway of Granada to reach the hotel.

Very warm and hospitalble hotel. The breakfast buffet is the best I had in all of Spain. Great location although a bit difficult to find....call the Hotel and let them talk you in. Beautiful.

I would highly recommend this hotel - the photos don't do it justice - the staff were helpful and cheerful, the restaurant was bright and spacious service excellent and a great breakfast served - the rooms were lovely but best of all was the location - not far from all the main areas but tucked away in a quiet little spot behind the town hall - I would definitely stay here again

Hesperia Granada offers a wonderful cosy atmosphere, good service and friendly staff.

The main problem was the noise in the mornings. It sounded like someone was building a new city each morning! Would prefer to stay in a different location in Granada for the money

We have been given a room without window on the first night ! Like sleeping in a bunker ! Following day, after complaining, they moved us to a very nice suite.

Nice hotel but VERY hard to find by car. If you can't find it, ask right away or else you'll be driving all around the city of Granada due to all the one way streets. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Very comfortable mattress. helpful staff. nice to have a parking garage. breakfast was overpriced, but overall excellent stay. we should have gotten tickets to La Alhambra before arriving (early October)

I appreciated very much the beauty of the hotel structure and of the room, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the kindness of the employees. We had a double room very comfortable and the hall of the hotel is really very nice. We also appreciated the parking service available in this hotel.

Hotel molto bello.Il prezzo che ci hanno fatto assolutamente ottimo: in pieno agosto una doppia circa 65 euro. La location è fantastica. Consigliato per coppie , è molto romantico.

L'albergo è molto elegante e confortevole ed è ubicato in posizione ideale per visitare agevolmente la città. Il personale è gentile e competente.
