Hotel Cedran - Granada

The people working at the reception could not really speak English. I don't believe they were very helpful or very friendly and my bathroom was leaking for most of my stay which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Excellent location close to the centry, problem with parking

There was over booking at cedran and were sent to their sister hotel called los girasoles! dont stay there!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Los lugares históricos del centro de la ciudad se encuentran a no más de 15 minutos a pie. Si bien el hotel está ubicado en una calle tranquila, sus habitaciones son muy incómodas por permitir la transmisión de ruidos provenientes de habitaciones vecinas, de personas que transitan por las escaleras y de habitaciones localizadas en la parte superior. La ducha del baño es muy reducida y algunos de sus accesorios carecen de mantenimiento. No hay restaurante. El personal de la recepción es amable, aunque entre ellos, destaca la simpatía y amabilidad de Inés, una señorita de muy finos modales que se esmera en resolver los problemas de los clientes del hotel. Creo que de regresar a esta ciudad, volvería a hospedarme en el mismo hotel, aunque recomendaría adoptar algunas soluciones, sobre todo en lo que al ruido se refiere.

The hotel is only a few yards from an historic street with many intriguing shops, but which we found very threatening after dusk. It was also only 50 metres from the local sex shop. Our second night there was badly disturbed by frequent loud noise, both from the other guests and from the nearby streets. At least the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the car park, though cramped in the Andalusian style and rather pricey, was secure. The room was rather dusty; the shower wall fixture was broken so you had to hold the shower over your head; all towel hooks and coat hooks were broken. Having said that, we were charged a substantial weekend supplement, which had been included in the price quoted by Venere, so I guess anyone staying during the week would find it really cheap.

Cute Hotel, not the Ritz but tidy, clean and very very convenient. It is close to everywhere. Surrounded to a very Granada´s tipical streets. Really very good option to live Granada from the inside. I do really recomend it.

The room was very noisy!

The price is reasonable. It is not located too far away from the shopping areas. The staff could not communicate with English fluently but they tried their best.
