Stayed 3 nights in Granada, visiting the Alhambra twice. Hotel relatively newly built. Effectively offers bed and breakfast only (though bar is open till midnight), hence officially no more than one star. Was good location for visiting Alhambra and the city, especially if you don't mind walking (otherwise, nearby excellent bus service). Easy to find from directions provided; and free parking outside. Only downside was some noise between rooms, but what modern buildings don't have similar issues? Otherwise, perfectly peaceful and, it certainly felt, safe.

Good location and easy to find well connected to buses and walkable to the Alhambra rooms were small shower room smelt damp (it was internal) view was amazing given the reviews on here i was expecting more

Wonderful view over granada, modern facilities, very good bed-comfort, small rooms, friendly stuff, 15- 20 min. to the city (by foot).

Brilliant view and caring staff. The bed was the best I have ever slept in - I wished I could have taken it home with me. The shower was high tech and relaxing. The room decor was fresh and calming and there was no noise from outside the hotel. It was good to be away from the bustle of the city and it was well connected with local bus services to the city and the Alhambra.

The Hotel has got 12 nice rooms at the disposal of the traveller who wants to stay at the “Balcony of Granada” that slips down the mountainside of the “Llano de la Perdiz” and the “Cerros del Sol”.The rooms are completely new but conserve the typical Andalusian flavour, combining all types of comforts: White marble floors, central heating, towel warmers, air conditioning, double-glass windows, flat TV, internet connection, Wifi, telephone in all rooms, complete bathroom with hydro-massage column, bed linen and towels.
All rooms have got panoramic views.

How to reach Arabeluj Hotel
By carfrom Madrid – Seville – Murcia – Malaga: follow the bypass in direction of Motril, then take the exit to Ronda Sur – Sierra Nevada – Alhambra, keep on going until getting to a roundabout, take direction Alhambra, then turn right in direction Realejo, until getting to the Virgen de la Gruta de Lourdes, opposite is the Hotel.
By train
A taxi from the city centre will take you for about 4-5 euros to the Hotel in approximately 5 minutes.
By airplane
on arrival at the airport of Granada, which is about 15 km from the city, you can get a taxi that costs between 25 and 30 euros.
By public transportation
you can take the microbus nº 34 in the Gran Vía Street and get off just at the entrance of the Hotel. Also buses nº 30 and nº 32 stop only five minutes away from Hotel Arabeluj.
