CANCELLATION POLICY
Written cancellation without penalty fee : 1 week. Cancellation less than a week before arrival date : The penalty fee will be equivalent at one night for a stay of 1 to 3 days, 2 nights for a stay of 4 to 6 days, 3 nights for a stay of 7 to 9 days.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
