Hotel staff is really helpful, just ask them if you need help with planning your schedule, finding places to go, where to eat, where to taste wine, etc...Mustafa is your guy. Especially useful if you're traveling on a tight budget. There's free wireless available in all the hotel and an extra pc in the common area for customers to use. Hotel has the best and at the same time cheapest coffee in town, and you can enjoy it at the terrace having a great view of Cappadocia landscape and in a super friendly atmosphere.
