I had prepaid rooms for 2 nights and than ended up having to add an extra night to the beginning of the trip - the hotel was very accomadting and added the extra night with no fuss! Staff was very friendly and helpful - offering restaurants suggestions. We actually ate at the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel itself the first night and the food was absolutely delicious - the perfect start to the trip. Breakfast was plentiful and really tasty- it did get busy in there, so you want to time it well! I thought it was in a great area - close to the bus station, the mall, the bus tour stops and plenty of places to eat and drink! All in all very good, and definitely will stay there next time I'm in Glasgow

It was a lovely Hotel, the room was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't anything special, only thing is avoid the croissants as they were dried out but otherwise a great place to stay. It was about 20min walk from Queens street train station.
