This was our 1st time at the hotel.The hotel is lovely & staff very welcoming. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere & great food. Breakfast was delicious & staff very quick & attentive. The only niggle is the TV in our room didn't work, but we didn't really need it. We would highly recomend & will stay at the Blythswood Square Hotel again.

Booked deluxe double room with King size bedroom. Room spacious and nicely decorated. However bathroom disappointing as bath really really small and NO SHOWER. At £215 a night I don't think it unreasonable for standard size bath tub and definitely shower facilities. As double birthday celebration stay was disappointed!!!

How to reach Blythswood Square Hotel
By carFrom West/Airport: Travelling West on M8 towards Glasgow (and Edinburgh), take Junction 19 toward Clydebank/A198/Anderston , at the fork in keep left to continue toward Pitt Street, at next fork keep right. Turn left at Pitt Street and then right at West George Street. Take the 2nd left onto Blythswood Square, and the property is on the right hand side of the square.
From East: Travelling East on M8 towards Glasgow, take Junction 18 on the right onto A804. Slight left onto Sauchiehall Street and take your 3rd right onto Pitt Street. Take your 4th left onto West Regent Street and follow onto Blythswood Square, and the property is facing you.
By train
Glasgow has two railway stations: Central and Queen Street. Central Station is the main station, situated on Gordon Street - half a mile away and is approximately 3 minutes by taxi to the property. Queen Street Station is located next to George Square and is also 3 minutes by taxi.
By bus
Buchanan Bus Station is located on Killermont Street, just over half a mile from the property and 3 minutes by taxi or roughly, a 15 minute walk.
