Very friendly welcome. The room was slightly on the small side but not cramped. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. There was some noise Saturday night/Sunday morning but that is only to be expected in the centre of Glasgow and it wasn't a problem. The associated restaurant next door (Bombay Blues) offers a discount to residents and is highly recommended.

My room was very very small (I did not know that in Europe single beds were still an option in hotels!). There was no heating, no RC for the TV and the electricity was making a lot of noise... The first night was quite a challenge. Then I asked for a new room and they put me in a bigger one which actually looked like a proper room. But still no heating... I would definitely not recommand this hotel.
