While we really liked our room, we were disappointed on two points: the shower was luke warm in the morning. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she asked us what time we'd had our shower (?relevance) and said she would look into it (as we were leaving it didn't make much difference to us). There was no apology or offer of compensation. We also asked if my daughter ( a student living nearby) could join us for breakfast. We were told that they were too busy. We then asked if we could cancel our breakfast but were told we couldn't. When we came down to breakfast the next morning, only one other table was in use. We did not consider the attitude of the receptionist very friendly or accommodating.

No Hot Water! Tried to take a shower in the afternoon and was told the boiler was on a timer and would not start heating until 4:30- not great, but fair game. Then, in the morning when the boiler was on, the best we could get was still not warm. The gal who checked us in was great, though, and very customer oriented, trying to see what else she could do for us- she was a terrific employee. Wouldn't stay here again, though, if you can't get a hot shower.

Do not stay in Room 5 on a Friday night - we had a Bollywood evening directly underneath. At 12 midnight my husband went out to see where noise was coming from. If the reception had been manned I would have asked for another room. They must know this is an ongoing problem. Disappointed as I was going to return again.

Pleasant area to stay, some road noise but not distracting. Windows open and no aircon, which we do not like anyway. TV too small for room, bathroom needed a few maintenance items but was clean and fresh. Self service breakfast was good. Parking on road by meter, but on Fridays free after 6pm until Monday am. Would stay again.

This was a modern, clean, centrally located hotel with excellent room facilities. Slight street noise but did not affect sleeping. Breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. Staff were welcoming and polite. Car parking was on meter outside but did not present a problem to us. Free from 6pm - 8am.

Rooms were great, everything new and clean. Location was perfect for us. Staff seemed harried and confused. Many issues & trips to the desk getting electronic room keys to work.

The hotel is well located near the city center, within walking distance or even smaller car. Public transportation is easily accessible to the airport or train station. The room is very spacious, clean and with a good bed. It has free internet. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. It is an amazing option for the city of Glasgow.
